The hotel is located in an area that gets very crowded during the night, so you can feel safe walking around. It's also near Republica metro station, which is very convenient for transportation. The staff is always willing to help and talk or joke around, making you feel welcome. The rooms are neat and the cleaners come daily to clean. The hotel has WiFi throughout the building, allowing you to stay connected.
The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.
